Meet the Creator: Mia Marthaler
I am proudly from the beautiful state of Minnesota! This was a project for one of my art classes that I was immensly happy with. When given this assignment, I wanted to make something that was personal to me and accessible for everyone else who was just a viewer. I used to go camping all of the time with my family in The Boundary Waters Canoe Area and I remember picking fresh, native raspberries off of bushes on the sides of the trails with my sister. I wanted to share my love of Minnesota and camping through this delicate figure drawing (which can be displayed in any direction :)).
